Rights To Fights
We acquire rights to your upcoming MMA fights, package them into branded programming for television, online, mobile and home entertainment, then distribute them to broadcasters, cable operators, websites and mobile apps; we also acquire rights to your library of past events.
Rights To Fight Brands
We acquire certain rights to your fight brand including trademarks, copyrights, logos and other intellectual property, then produce branded merchandise and consumer products for distribution to e-tailers and retailers, as well as direct sale to consumers.

“Takedown LIVE”
“Takedown LIVE” is our premier online & mobile product – a Full High Definition stream of LIVE MMA fight events from around the world, available as a pay-per-view or as part of a “Takedown Vault” subscription. An extension of our “Takedown Fight Nights” broadcast, “Takedown LIVE” delivers a new online & mobile pay-per-view fight each week.
“Takedown LIVE” is available for licensing and distribution by online & mobile sites/operators on a revenue sharing basis, or for promotion by affiliates on a cost-per-acquisition (CPA) basis.
“Takedown Vault”
The “Takedown Vault” is an online service offering fight fans access to every Takedown program including streaming of LIVE fight events, archived fights on-demand, undercards, pre-fight and behind-the scenes coverage, every episode of “Best of Takedown” and “Around The MMA”, and all of our original online shows. Fight fans can watch any program from any computer as often as they like, with a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription.
The “Takedown Vault” is available for promotion by affiliates on a cost-per-acquisition (CPA) basis.
